Manage your organization in Fasterize
Introduction
The Organization page of the Fasterize console is your central hub for managing all elements related to your account: contacts, projects, websites, member access, certificates, and API keys.
Whether you are the account owner, developer, or team member, this space gives you the tools you need to manage your Fasterize environment independently.
Information
When you open the Organization page, the Information tab is displayed by default.

- General information: find the name and description of your organization.
- My products: view active products (e.g., EdgeSpeed, EdgeSEO).
- My key contacts :
- CSE (Customer Success Engineer – web performance expert)
- CSM (Customer Success Manager – business contact)
- Technical support :
- Contact during business hours (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. UTC+2)
- 24/7 on-call service for emergencies (email and phone)

Projects
A project encompasses several sites, domains, and/or environments (production, staging, development).

- To create or modify a project, contact Fasterize support.
Websites
The Websites tab displays all sites linked to Fasterize in a clear, filterable table.

Available filters:
- Environment: PROD, STG, DEV
- Project
- Domain name
For each site, you will find:
- Config ID: unique configuration identifier (useful for the API)
- Traffic status (DNS status):

- Optimization status: list of active products and their status (activated or not)

- Quick actions: e.g., clearing the site cache
⚠️ Warning: If the DNS status is "Not connected" or "Redirect origin," Fasterize optimizations will not be applied.
Members
This tab allows you to manage access for your organization:
- Invite a new member
- Delete an account
- Reset a password
Available roles:
- Owner: full access
- Developer: technical management (including certificates)
- Member: standard access to projects/sites and the ability to clear the cache.
- Observer: read-only access
💡 Best practice: Remove unused access and quickly create an account for any new team members.
Certificates
Allows you to manage TLS certificates to secure your sites.
- Import a certificate (certificate + private key)
- Update an existing certificate
- Automatically generate via Let’s Encrypt
